Atlantic National Trust acquires performing, sub-performing, and non-performing loans from governmental agencies as well as national, regional and local lending institutions. Atlantic specializes in restructuring loans and collaborating with our debtors to reach mutually beneficial solutions. Atlantic National Trust was founded in1995 in Portland Maine and has expanded to include several affiliated, yet separately operating entities, including Interim Capital and Atlantic Refinance.

Atlantic National Servicing

Formerly known as Capital Servicing, Inc., Atlantic National Servicing (ANS) tends to loans and assets for Atlantic National Trust and its investment affiliates. The staff at Atlantic National Servicing has expertise in the workout of loans, legal services, construction, and accounting. ANS also manages real estate acquired through the workout process.
